RATES

Food is based on what you would like to have served to you and/or your guests.

A $10 to $12 per person (chicken, pork, fish, beef)

Choice of: salad, bread, 1 basic protein, starch and vegetable


B - $13 to $15 per person (Air Flight Chicken, Thick cut pork chop, shrimp, NY Steak, etc.)

Choice of: 1 appetizer, salad, bread, 2 basic proteins, starch and vegetable


C - $16 & above per person (Prime Rib, Filet Minion, Lobster, Jumbo Prawns, etc.)

Choice of: 2 appetizers, salad, bread, 2 prime proteins, 2 starches and vegetable

DEPOSITS

All invoices require a 50% discount one (1) week prior to event date. No refunds seventy-two (72) hours prior to event date.

INVOICING

You will receive an invoice detailing all cost and menu items selected. Time of arrival, service begin and end time.  Deposit is due when invoice is approved.
